Q. Tell us about Pacific East. What do you offer? What makes your restaurant unique?
Freeman: We are on the corner of Coventry & Mayfield Road. We offer wide range of sushi, full selection of Japanese cuisine and full scale Malaysia cuisine.
We offer the highest quality ingredients and biggest selection on a wallet friendly price. Many items you won’t see in any other restaurant.
Q. Where did you work before opening Pacific East?
Freeman: I spent 13 years in New York as a sushi chef before opening Pacific East.
Q. Why did you choose Coventry Village?
Freeman: Lots of foot traffic and Coventry is close to Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic & University Hospitals.
Q. Give us a few suggestions for unique gifts holiday shoppers can purchase at Pacific East.
Freeman: A Pacific East gift certificate (or) gift basket will make a great holiday gift. We also offer catering and sushi chefs for your party.
