90 minute class event to help ease the mind, body & spirit through pranayama (breath control), restorative yoga poses and yoga nidra (“awake sleep”).
We will begin by practicing different pranayama techniques that help you find focus and a calm mind. We will then move into very relaxing restorative poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, so that your body can relax and rejuvenate. Finally, we will take the mind on a relaxing journey through a 45-minute yoga nidra, also known as a conscious sleep, to allow the body & mind relax and find complete ease.
